Sad news for the blogosphere. After every possible intervention known to blog medical science — even a spell of recuperation in the blog dry dock — two of our blogs have passed on to the blog graveyard in the sky.

Both Sailing School, which never found the right landlubber to take it on, and Americana Dream, a blog too dreamlike for its own good, have passed on to a better place: the blog spirit world, where, Syntagma has no doubt, they will be blogged by angels to the sound of plucked harp music.

May the Blog god rest their databases in peace. Amen.
